Axentis Executive to Speak at December Business Continuity Planners Association Meeting

Brett Curran will Shed Light on the Integrated GRC Approach

Cleveland, Ohio - December 11, 2006 - Axentis, the leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) management solutions, announced today that Brett Curran, Director of GRC Practices, will share his knowledge and expertise at the December meeting of the Business Continuity Planners Association on Thursday, December 14, in Minneapolis-St. Paul.  Mr. Curran will be presenting, "Integrated Governance, Risk and Compliance: Think Big, Work Small."

About Brett Curran
Mr. Curran brings a wealth of experience in integrating governance and compliance processes and technology to his current position at Axentis.  He has held top information technology management roles at AEGON, Inc. and served as the Director of Imaging and Electronic Workflow at Insurdata.  More recently, Mr. Curran was the Chief Compliance Officer responsible for enterprise compliance at UICI, Inc. where he established a matrix compliance organization, processes and applied technology to address a myriad of legal, regulatory and operational requirements using a repeatable model.  Earlier, he held a variety of technical and project management positions designing, developing and integrating sophisticated technological solutions to simplify and streamline complex business issues.
